White Wines

Our white wines bring together the diversity and terroir of Mallorca in every bottle. With varieties such as Chardonnay, Prensal Blanc, Giró Ros, Moscatell, Sauvignon Blanc, and Malvasía, we craft wines that perfectly combine freshness, complexity, and harmony. From the elegant Blanc de Blancs, through the mineral Ses Pedres, to the expressive Barros de Cecili, each of our white wines reflects the essence of the sun, the limestone, and the sea breeze that make Can Vidalet a truly unique place.

Rosé Wines

Made with Merlot, Callet, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, our Blanc de Negres expresses the perfect balance between freshness, elegance, and complexity. The Merlot provides smoothness and fruity notes; the Callet gives identity and mineral nuances; the Syrah adds body and delicate red fruit notes, while the Cabernet Sauvignon offers structure and a persistent finish. The result is a pale and luminous rosé wine, with aromas of wild strawberries, white flowers, and Mediterranean herbs, reflecting the essence of Mallorca, the sun, and the Mediterranean breeze.

Red Wines

Our red wines express the intensity and authenticity of the Mallorcan terroir, where the sun, limestone, and sea breeze are reflected in wines with structure, elegance, and authenticity. The So del Xiprer, made with Merlot, Callet, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, stands out for its balance between ripe fruit, spicy notes, and soft tannins; while the Terra Fusca, 100% Syrah, reveals a deeper and more enveloping expression: intense, elegant, and with a character that evokes the dark, fertile land from which it comes.
