– Wine Experiences/ Services –
This policy applies exclusively to wine tourism experiences and not to the purchase of physical products.
Booking confirmation
To confirm a booking for any of our wine experiences, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
General cancellation conditions
Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance
If the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 48 business hours after cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or no-show
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, as well as no-shows without prior notice, are non-refundable.
Cancellation by the winery
If Can Vidalet is required to cancel the experience due to adverse weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances, the customer may choose between:
- a full refund (100%), or
- rescheduling the experience to another available date.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 48 business hours.

– Physical Products –
This policy applies exclusively to the purchase of physical products (wines, spirits and related items) bought through our online shop.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge until the shipment has been dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped (and the shipping confirmation email has been sent), any cancellation will be treated as a return.
Return period
Returns may be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order
(in the case of partial deliveries, the period begins upon receipt of the final shipment).
Conditions for accepting a return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must not have been opened, used, tampered with or exposed to unsuitable conditions.
- Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale.
- The return package must include complete sender identification (name, address and order number).
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the product amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
- Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
- In the event of an error on our part or a defective product, Ca’n Vidalet will cover all costs, offering either a replacement or a full refund.

We visited the vineyard today and I can't put in to words enough what an amazing time we had. We were on our bikes in the area and decided to go to the vineyard without a reservation. We thought we would just ask if it was possible to drink a glass of wine and maybe, if we were lucky, a little winetasting. When we got to the vineyard we were greeted by a lovely lady who told us that she was between tourgroups and a little busy so she wasn't sure if she would be able to give us the full attention that you could normally expect. We told her that wouldn't be a problem and that we would love everything/anything that was possible without reservation/last notice. She offered us a beautiful table, under the trees overlooking the vineyard and the mountains. And made it possible for us to have a full wine tasting. The wine, the food and the location was amazing and totally worth a visit. But the friendliness of this woman, that's definitely the highlight of our visit!

How long does the tasting or visit last?
The guided tasting usually lasts around 1 to 1.5 hours.
Including the guided tour, the full experience typically takes 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on group size and dynamics.
In general, our visits do not have a strict time limit – we want guests to enjoy the wines and surroundings at a relaxed pace.
Can I visit without a reservation?
During our opening hours, you are always welcome to visit our shop, purchase wine and enjoy it on site with beautiful views.
We are also happy to offer a small snack to accompany your wine.
For guided tastings or hosted experiences, we recommend booking 48 hours (minimum 24 hours) in advance.
As a boutique winery with a small team, advance notice helps us provide you with the best possible experience.
How large are the groups?
Our visits and tastings take place in small, personalised groups, ensuring a calm and high-quality experience.
Private groups of 10 or more people are available upon request.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we are pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash.
For safety reasons, dogs are not allowed in the indoor areas of the winery.

Where is the meeting point?
The meeting point is the main entrance of Bodegas Can Vidalet, located on the Alcúdia – Pollença road, km 4.85 (07460 Pollença)
What happens if it rains?
The experience is adapted to the weather conditions.
In case of light rain, the visit will still take place, prioritising covered areas and holding the tasting in a protected space.
If weather conditions do not allow the experience to be carried out properly, Ca’n Vidalet will offer rescheduling or a full refund, according to the guest’s preference.
