Elaboration

Base alcohol is macerated with 11 Mediterranean botanicals: Juniper, fresh citrus fruits, lavender, rosemary and a selection of botanicals from the Sierra de Tramontana. After a few days of maceration, we distill in small batches.

ONZE is the result of blending the hearts of the small batches.

Tasting

Nose: Juniper dominates, with citrus notes, orange peel, lavender and rosemary.

Mouth: Citrus, floral and earthy notes thanks to the roots of its formula. Long and very pleasant finish.

Alcohol: 40 proof.
