At Can Vidalet, you’re not just a guest; you become part of our story, surrounded by tradition, warmth, and attention to detail.
Enjoy a unique and personal atmosphere where you’ll feel like a member of the family from the very first moment. Our visitors often highlight the authenticity of our estate and the genuine spirit of our team, which makes each experience truly special. Here, the stories behind each harvest and the laughter shared during tastings turn your visit into a memorable journey.
Sustainable Vineyards & Distinctive Varieties
The heart of Can Vidalet lies in our ten organically farmed plots, framed by the island’s typical dry-stone walls.
We grow native grape varieties like Manto Negro, Malvasia, Prensal and Giró Ros, alongside international grapes, always without synthetic chemicals and with deep respect for the environment.
During our guided tours you can stroll through the vineyards, spot fossils in our limestone soil, and discover how the Mallorcan terroir shapes each grape. Limited harvests and careful cultivation ensure wines with true character.
History & Winemaking Tradition in Pollença
Winemaking in this region dates back to Roman times and continues today with a focus on native varieties, artisanal methods, and a sustainable vision.
Our vineyards, protected by stone walls and blessed with Pollença’s unique microclimate, produce wines and spirits that proudly reflect their origin. Visiting Can Vidalet is also a journey into history and the slow rhythm of nature.
Artisan Winemaking & Careful Ageing
At Can Vidalet, we blend tradition and modernity. All grapes are hand-harvested, selected cluster by cluster, and vinified in small tanks, French oak barrels, or clay amphorae.
Our wines mature slowly, developing balance, depth, and unique nuances. Each bottle is a reflection of patience, dedication, and true craftsmanship – a tribute to Mallorcan winemaking.
Own Distillery & Handcrafted Spirits
Can Vidalet is renowned not just for outstanding Mallorcan wines but also for our artisanal distillery. With traditional methods and regional ingredients, we passionately produce our own Gin, fine Aguardiente de Orujo, and Marc de Moscatel, honoring classic craftsmanship at every step.
During your tour, you’ll have the rare opportunity to explore our distillery, discover the secrets of distillation, and experience the unique character of our spirits. One of the highlights of a tasting at Can Vidalet is that, alongside our selected wines, you may also sample one handcrafted spirit of your choice. This special touch makes every visit and tasting a truly exclusive experience.
