– Wine Experiences/ Services –
This policy applies exclusively to wine tourism experiences and not to the purchase of physical products.
Booking confirmation
To confirm a booking for any of our wine experiences, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
General cancellation conditions
Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance
If the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 48 business hours after cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or no-show
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, as well as no-shows without prior notice, are non-refundable.
Cancellation by the winery
If Can Vidalet is required to cancel the experience due to adverse weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances, the customer may choose between:
- a full refund (100%), or
- rescheduling the experience to another available date.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 48 business hours.
🛒 Return Policy
– Physical Products –
This policy applies exclusively to the purchase of physical products (wines, spirits and related items) bought through our online shop.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge until the shipment has been dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped (and the shipping confirmation email has been sent), any cancellation will be treated as a return.
Return period
Returns may be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order
(in the case of partial deliveries, the period begins upon receipt of the final shipment).
Conditions for accepting a return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must not have been opened, used, tampered with or exposed to unsuitable conditions.
- Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale.
- The return package must include complete sender identification (name, address and order number).
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the product amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
- Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
- In the event of an error on our part or a defective product, Ca’n Vidalet will cover all costs, offering either a replacement or a full refund.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance
As a boutique winery, we work with fresh ingredients from local producers and carefully plan each experience. For this reason, bookings are confirmed with 100% payment at the time of reservation.

How long does the tour or tasting last?
The tasting usually lasts around 1 hour.
Including the guided tour, the full experience takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the group size and atmosphere.
In general, our visits do not have a strict time limit – we want our guests to enjoy the wines and surroundings at a relaxed pace.
How large are the groups?
Our tours and tastings are available from 2 people and take place in small, mixed groups with a maximum of 40 participants, ensuring a relaxed and high-quality experience.
Private groups of 10 or more people are available upon request.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and allow proper planning.
The minimum booking notice is 24 hours.
Tapas are purchased and prepared fresh daily and individually, using products from local producers based on the number of guests.

Are allergies or special diets taken into account?
Yes. We offer vegetarian options and can adapt to allergies or food intolerances. Please inform us at the time of booking.
We also provide non-alcoholic options and juices, making the experience suitable for children and guests who do not drink alcohol.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we are pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash.
For safety reasons, dogs are not allowed inside the indoor areas of the winery.

In which languages is the experience offered?
The experience is available in Spanish and English.
Where is the meeting point?
The meeting point is the main entrance of Bodegas Ca’n Vidalet, located on the Alcúdia – Pollença road, km 4.85 (07460 Pollença).
What happens if it rains?
The experience is adapted to the weather conditions.
In case of light rain, the visit will still take place, prioritising covered areas and holding the tasting in a protected space.
If weather conditions do not allow the experience to be carried out properly, Ca’n Vidalet will offer rescheduling or a full refund, according to the guest’s preference (Refund policy).
