Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

The estimated delivery time for orders is approximately 1 to 7 business days for Mallorca, 5 to 10 business days for deliveries to the Spanish mainland, and up to an additional 7 to 20 business days for other European destinations.

Please note the following important points:

• If payment for your purchase is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day you receive the payment confirmation, which will be notified via email along with your invoice. From that day, the delivery time period begins.
• If payment is confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the delivery time begins from the next business day following payment confirmation.
• Only orders placed before 5:00 p.m. are considered as placed on the same day; any order placed after 5:00 p.m. will be counted for delivery time purposes starting from the next business day.
• The shipping cost will be determined individually depending on the destination. This cost will be calculated during the purchase process and communicated to you at the time of order checkout before payment is made.
