Do I need to book in advance to visit the winery?
Yes, advance booking is essential, idealy over the online booking system, when in doupt also via phone possible.
We are a small Boutique-Winery in Pollença with a limited team, and our tastings and tours run at fixed times. Booking ensures we can offer you a high-quality and personalised experience.
Wine purchases can be made freely during opening hours.
What are your opening hours?
Our schedule may change throughout the year. Please always check the updated hours on Google Maps or our website.
I booked online but didn’t receive a confirmation — what should I do?

Do you offer hotel transfers?
We do not provide our own transportation.
We recommend taking a taxi via the Mallorcab App. Our team can assist you with arranging a taxi for your return.
Is the winery accessible for visitors with reduced mobility?
Some areas — including the tasting spaces — are accessible.
However, the shop and restrooms have steps, which may make access difficult.
If you notify us in advance, we will prepare a comfortable, accessible seating area for your tasting.
Due to the terrain of the vineyard and winery, the full tour may be challenging, so we recommend booking the tasting only in these cases.

Do you offer private or group tours?
Yes. Our experiences are available for solo visitors, couples, families and groups.
We can host up to 40 people per session, creating a friendly and social atmosphere — perfect for meeting other wine lovers.
We require advance reservation to ensure availability.
What does the tasting include?
Our standard tasting includes:
• Tasting of 4–5 wines and our artisanal gin
• Mallorcan tapas
Vegan and vegetarian options are available on request.
For the full experience, we recommend combining the tasting with our guided tour.
What is the difference between “Tasting Only” and “Tour + Tasting”?
• Tasting Only: Guided tasting of wine and gin with tapas.
• Tour + Tasting: Guided walk through the vineyard, winery, distillery, production hall and barrel room + extended tasting.
For the full wine tourism experience in Mallorca, we recommend to book Tour + Tasting.
Can children participate?
Yes, we offer kid-friendly tastings and can adapt the visit for families. Please inform us when booking.
Do you offer vegan or alcohol-free options?
Yes, we offer vegan options and natural juices upon request.
What happens in case of rain or bad weather?
During heavy rain or storms, tours may be postponed or cancelled for safety reasons.
We will notify you as early as possible by email or phone.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs on a leash are welcome in outdoor areas.
They are not allowed inside the winery or production facilities.

Can I buy wine without doing a tasting?
Yes, you can buy wine directly at our winery in Pollença (Mallorca) during opening hours.
You can also enjoy a bottle in our outdoor areas.
If you prefer home delivery, you can order through our Online Shop with national and international shipping.
Do you offer local delivery in Mallorca?
Our online shop is currently managed from Germany.
Mallorca residents can contact us directly to arrange home delivery or pick-up at the winery.
What is the difference between buying wine at the winery and in the Online Shop?
At the winery, you can purchase wines directly and enjoy a bottle outdoors.
The Online Shop offers home delivery (mainland Spain, Germany, Europe), special promotions and a larger product selection.
Availability may vary:
• Some wines or vintages are winery-exclusive.
• Others are available online only due to logistics or stock.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on country and quantity.
We offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions.
How long does an online order take to arrive?
Orders usually take 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
As a small winery, we prepare each shipment with great care — thank you for your patience if processing takes slightly longer during busy periods.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with an issue?
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and bottles.
We will arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we accept returns according to our return policy.
Bottles must be unopened and in their original packaging.
