Legal Notice: The sale of wine and spirits is only permitted to persons of legal drinking age as per the relevant national law in the country of delivery. By ordering, you confirm that you are of legal age.
🍷 Cancellation & Refund Policy
– Wine Experiences/ Services –
This policy applies exclusively to wine tourism experiences and not to the purchase of physical products.
Booking confirmation
To confirm a booking for any of our wine experiences, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
General cancellation conditions
Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance
If the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 48 business hours after cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or no-show
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, as well as no-shows without prior notice, are non-refundable.
Cancellation by the winery
If Can Vidalet is required to cancel the experience due to adverse weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances, the customer may choose between:
- a full refund (100%), or
- rescheduling the experience to another available date.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 48 business hours.
🛒 Return Policy
– Physical Products –
This policy applies exclusively to the purchase of physical products (wines, spirits and related items) bought through our online shop.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge until the shipment has been dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped (and the shipping confirmation email has been sent), any cancellation will be treated as a return.
Return period
Returns may be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order
(in the case of partial deliveries, the period begins upon receipt of the final shipment).
Conditions for accepting a return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must not have been opened, used, tampered with or exposed to unsuitable conditions.
- Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale.
- The return package must include complete sender identification (name, address and order number).
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the product amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
- Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
- In the event of an error on our part or a defective product, Ca’n Vidalet will cover all costs, offering either a replacement or a full refund.
