Collection: Rosé Wines

Our Blanc de Negres is born from the art of transforming red grapes into a delicate rosé wine. Made from the grape varieties Merlot, Callet, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, it perfectly combines finesse, freshness, and aromatic complexity.

Merlot gives the wine softness and fruity notes, Callet – an indigenous Mallorcan grape variety – provides character and mineral nuances. Syrah adds body and red fruit aromas, while Cabernet Sauvignon contributes structure and a long, harmonious finish. The result is a brightly shining, elegant rosé wine with subtle notes of wild strawberries, white flowers, and Mediterranean herbs – a wine that carries the sun, limestone, and sea breeze of Mallorca within it.
