Orders can be cancelledat no cost until the time the shipment is effective (when we send you an email with thedetails thereof). If we receive a cancellation notice once the package is already shipped, it will be considered a return.

The returncan be made up to 7 calendar days from the receipt of the order (in the case of receiving your order in several shipments, the term will start counting from the receipt of the last one) according to the specificationsbelow:

1. The right of return cannot be exercised ifthere are indications that the products have been opened, manipulated or subjected to inappropriate conditions.

2. It is mandatory to return the products properly protected, in their original packagingandin perfect condition for later sale.

3. No package can be accepted without one of the elements to identify the sender(name, surname, address, order number).

4. The return of the ordered products leads to the reimbursement of all amounts paid by the user minus the shipping costs incurred for the return (1). As soon as the goods have arrived in our warehouse and after checking the condition of the goods, the amount will be refunded (in the same way as the payment).

5. The shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, as are the return shipping costs.

(1) This does not apply to returns that are due to an error on our partor to a defect in the product.In this case Bodegas Can Vidalet undertakes to exchange the defective product for another of the same type, or the amount will be refunded.We also take care of the return andshipping costs.
