Terra Fusca 2017

Full-bodied red wine, aged for 30 months in French oak barrels and clay amphora.

Elaboration
Grapes harvested and selected by hand.
Maceration and alcoholic fermentation were carried out in small tanks with temperature control.
Maturation for 30 months in 1st and 2nd use French oak barrels, plus a bottle aging period of 36 months.
With great aging potential. Limited edition of this great Mallorcan wine.
Unfiltered wine.

Tasting
View: Red color with garnet reflections, medium-high layer, clean and bright.
Nose: Fruity aromas such as plum, blackberry or flowers such as violet flower. Touches of tobacco and toast. It is reminiscent of the smell of wet earth, well from our terra fusca.
Palate: A wine with very good structure, with excellent balance between acidity, alcohol and tannins.
