Elaboration
Grapes harvested and selected by hand.
Alcoholic fermentation in 3000 L French oak wood vats.
Aging for 19 months in 225 L and 500 L French oak barrels for 1st, 2nd and 3rd use, plus a bottle aging period of another 24 months. 

Tasting
View: Ruby red with garnet reflections, clean and bright, with tears.

Nose: Aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, cherry, blackberry, pomegranate and carob, and other fruit aromas such as plum, macerated figs, violets and a delicate balsamic aroma.

Palate: It is a wine full of fruit flavors, plums and strawberries return, polished tannins and excellent balance between alcohol and acidity that leave a lot of freshness to this great Mallorcan red. It is a very expressive wine to drink now or store for several more years.

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Ull de Llebre, Gorgollasa and Callet.
