Made in our winery in an artisanal way.

The nose is dominated by juniper, with citrus notes, orange peel, lavender and rosemary; In the mouth, the symphony of aromas unfolds between citrus, floral and earthy notes thanks to the roots of its formula.

  • BOTANICALS

    We start from a base alcohol that is macerated with 11 Mediterranean botanicals: Juniper, fresh citrus fruits, rosemary and a selection of botanicals from the Sierra de Tramontana.

  • DISTILLATION

    After a few days macerating (the base alcohol with the botanicals) we distill, in our own still, in small batches, ONZE being the result of mixing the hearts of these small batches.
