Artisanal dry gin distilled at Bodegas Can Vidalet. Certificate in agriculture
ecological and vegan product.

Elaboration
Base alcohol is macerated with 11 Mediterranean botanicals: Juniper, fresh citrus fruits, lavender, rosemary and a selection of botanicals from the Sierra de Tramontana. After a few days macerating, we distill in small batches.

ONZE is the result of mixing hearts from small batches.

Tasting
Nose: Juniper dominates, with citrus notes, orange peel, lavender and rosemary.
Mouth: Citrus, floral and earthy notes thanks to the roots of its formula. With a long and very pleasant finish.
