Aged for 19 months in 225 L and 500 L French oak barrels of 1st, 2nd and 3rd use, plus a further 24 months of bottle ageing.
Ruby red with garnet reflections, clean and bright, with tears.
On the nose aromas of red fruits such as cherry, blackberry, pomegranate and carob, as soon as the glass is moved the fruity aromas continue, such as plum and ripe strawberries, macerated figs, violets and a delicate balsamic aroma.
It is a wine full of fruity flavours, plums and strawberries come back, with polished tannins and an excellent balance between alcohol and acidity that leave a lot of freshness to this great Mallorcan red wine. It is a very expressive wine to drink now or to keep for several more years.
