The grapes for this wine are hand-picked and selected.
Temperature controlled and very gentle alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel deposits. Maturation for 15 months of in barrels of French Oak of 2nd and 3rd use followed by 15 months in bottle.
Wine of garnet red colour with pale purple edges, clean and shiny.
On the nose we have aromas of ripe red fruit, red currant and black berries followed by balsamic notes, cocoa, leather and roasted hints.
In the mouth expressive and well balanced with soft tannins and good acidity.
