Selected and harvested by hand.

Fermented in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

The natural fermentation process was stopped by the addition of wine alcohol, distilled in our still.

Oxidative aging of 5 and 8 years in French Oak barrels.

Blend of two small batches from 2010 and 2013.

Unfiltered wine.

Bottled, labelled and sealed by hand.


Wine of cherry red colour, clean and shiny with ruby and tawny edges.

On the nose we find aromas of dark ripe fruit such as plum, notes of cocoa and toast.

In the mouth, fine, full of  fruit, with polished tannins and a final touch of chocolate.


70 % Cabernet Sauvignon
30 % Merlot
