White, fresh, elegant and aromatic Mut Wine. Certificate in Organic farming and vegan products.

TASTING NOTES:

View:

Lemon Green color whit greenish reflections, clean and bright.

Nose:

Fresh graas aroms like grapefruit or fennel, also white fruit such as custard appel and Flower touches. Like orange blossom or linden, mixed whit sea mist.

Mouth:

A dry, light, well integrated Wine whith excellent acidity, with a marine and Citrus aftertaste. Great vintage of this Blan de Blancs that refreshes the palate.

Elaboration:

Harvest by hand selecting the grapes in vineyard and in Winery. Fermentation in small batches in stainless stell tanks at controlled temperature.

Grapes:

Prensal Blanc, Moscatel, Chardonnay, Girò Ros and Sauvignon Blanc..
