White wine made 100% from Prensal Blanc, a grape native to Mallorca. Limited edition of 300 amphorae submerged in the Mediterranean Sea.
Fermented and macerated with its skins for 3 months plus 8 months without the skins inside a 1000 lt clay amphora, plus an underwater maturation period of 9 months in 750 ml amphorae in the Mediterranean Sea. Unfiltered wine made with minimum intervention.
Appearance: Light yellow colour with green reflections, somewhat cloudy, even starfish can be seen in the glass.
Nose: Wild and sharp aromas, iodine, smoky notes together with wild herbs mixed with sea mist. A unique wine, very fresh, white flowers such as orange blossom, wild herbs from the Tramuntana such as olive, fennel and lemon balm, grapefruit peel, grape, very mineral, chalky, sea and fossils together with an aroma of underwater maturation.
Palate: Something unique, very delicate and vibrant. Great structure, friendly and elegant citrus flavour, integrated with herbal touches. It is a special wine for special moments.
It can be paired with fish and seafood soups and rice dishes, as well as with fresh dishes such as grilled Raos.
