This is a Salmon-colored and unfiltered wine. The wine has a fine and explosive bubble when serving in a glass, several groups of crowns form on the surface.
On the nose: aromas of ripe red fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, red currants with light notes of orange peel. Flavours created by contact with the yeast and reminiscent of freshly made cotton candy.
In mouth: sweet mouthfeel, well-integrated acidity on the palate, sparkling and fresh finish. Clean and aromatic aftertaste with balsamic notes. Sparkling and fresh finish makes this sparkling wine elegant and invites you to another glass.
Hand-picked and selected grapes in the vineyard and the winery. The ancestor method is characterized by a single bottle fermentation, without added sugars and without sulfites, 100% natural.
