General description
Sparkling white Prensal grapes, native variety of the island of Mallorca. Limited edition of Bodegas Can Vidalet, elaborated according to the Ancestral method.

The wine has a golden color and is unfiltered. The wine has a fine and explosive bubble when serving in a glass, forming a cascade of bubbles on the surface.
On the nose: It has aroma of white flowers such as acacias and almond blossoms on a mineral background. Secondary baking aromas evoke memories of brioches that have just been taken out of the oven.
In mouth: A friendly entrance, dry and sparkling. Clean and aromatic finish reminiscent of some honey notes. A well-integrated acid at the end of the mouth makes this sparkling wine elegant and invites you to another glass.
Elaboration
Hand-picked and selected grapes in the vineyard and the winery. The ancestor method is characterized by a single bottle fermentation, without added sugars and without sulfites, 100% natural.
