Hand picked and selected grapes. The grapes for this wine come from one single vineyard, which is surrounded by over 100 year old stone walls. Temperature-controlled and very gentle fermentation in stainless steel dip tanks followed 18 months aging in French oak barrels.
Ruby red, bright and clear color. On the nose, spicy, slightly peppery and redolent of dark berries. In the mouth, well structured with hints of cherry and toasty aromas. Smooth and harmonious finish. A complex wine with pleasant acidity and a lot of typicality. The Terra Fusca is not filtered. Decanting recommended.
