Vinification

Hand picked and selected grapes. Temperature controlled and very gentle fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by 28 month of maturation in barrels of French Oak.

Character

Shimmering Garnet red with ruby reflections. Aromas of cedar, tobacco and toasted notes. On the palate, flavors of red fruits, chocolate and coffee, strong and smooth tannins. Finish balanced with smoky, lingering long wood tones.
