Hand picked and selected grapes. For this wine, we use only the best grapes from our oldest vineyards. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Followed by 18 months aging in French oak barrels.
In the glass, bright, dense garnet. Very fine aroma of wild berries, cherries and caramel in the nose. On the palate, hints of berries, spicy and quite compact with a full-bodied and a bit closed finish. A wine with plenty of aging potential. This wine will only be available in particularly good years. The So del Xiprer -Gran Selección- is not filtered. Decanting recommended.
