The white wine grapes will be squeezed immediately after the grape harvest and the grape juice will be stored in clarifying tanks, where the fermentation is slowed down by low temperature. The yeast sinks to the bottom, the clear wine is extracted and filled into stainless steel tanks.

At the "27th International Wine Challenge 2010" in London, two of our wines were awarded. The Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 received a silver medal and the 2005 Merlot was awarded as "Commended".
